Who we are

This website and the Claire Holloway Instagram account are run by Daniel Wilson, a sole trader based in the UK ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through them. You can contact us at claireholloway.fit@gmail.com.

What we collect on this website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and has no forms. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.

If you tick days on the week tracker, those ticks are saved only in your own browser. They never reach us.

When you download the free plan

Downloads are handled by Payhip. When you get the plan, Payhip collects your name and email address and shares them with us so we can deliver the download and support you. Payhip's own privacy policy, linked at the bottom of every Payhip page, explains how it handles your data.

We will only send you marketing emails, such as news about new programmes, if you tick the box agreeing to them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Paid purchases

If you buy a programme, Payhip and our payment provider (Stripe or PayPal) process your payment details. We never see your full card details. We keep order records for as long as UK tax law requires, normally six years.

• Delivering your download or purchase: to perform our agreement with you.
• Marketing emails: your consent.
• Keeping order records: legal obligation.
• Keeping the site secure: our legitimate interests.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email for as long as you stay subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it. Order records are kept as described above.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and take a copy of it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
