Claire is an AI-created character

Claire Holloway is a fictional character, and her images are created with AI. Her backstory is there to give the content a personality. It is not a real person's life. The exercises are real, and every image is checked for safe form. Claire doesn't make claims about personal results, and doesn't endorse products as if she had used them.

Health and safety

The workouts and information on this site, on Instagram and in our plans are general fitness information. They are not medical advice, and they are not tailored to you.

• Check with your GP before starting if you are pregnant or postnatal, have pelvic floor or joint problems, or have any health condition.
• Stop if anything feels sharp, painful or wrong, or if you feel dizzy or unwell.
• Use a stable surface. Only use a chair for push-ups when it is pushed firmly against a wall.

You take part at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

The text, images and plans on this site belong to us. You're welcome to use the free plan for your own personal use and to share links to it. Please don't copy, resell or republish our content without permission.

Downloads and purchases

Downloads and purchases are handled by Payhip, and Payhip's terms also apply. Because plans are digital content delivered immediately, you'll be asked at checkout to agree to that. Once the download starts, the usual 14-day right to cancel no longer applies. This doesn't affect your other rights, for example if a file is faulty.
